In order to expedite shipment, we reserve the right to substitute titles based on reading level, genre, theme, similar price point etc. or ship the set incomplete with a credit applied to your invoice.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-2804 to receive a return confirmation number within in 30 days of delivery.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
